Excellent service/finished product, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, detailed, and reasonably priced. Educated me on how I was contributing to the dirty looking carpets by the products I was using for spot cleaning. Great local company. Price was comparable to the guys in the yellow van, but the service was much more professional and thorough. I have a dog and two little boys, and this company made my light colored carpet look brand new. Really pleased and will use again in the future.

I have a rug that I almost threw away because it was in such a terrible condition after my puppy had numerous accidents on it. The smell was out of this world and I didn't think anything could save it. I decided to give Stain Away a try instead of buying a new one and my rug looks and smells brand new. The staff was friendly, and the quality was great! I highly recommend them.

We have used Stain Away Inc exclusively in our new Illinois home and couldn't be more pleased. The scheduling personnel are courteous and have the workload structured to allow convenient appointment availability. They arrive clean, well dressed, and with a professional demeanor. They take time to ensure we make well informed decisions. When they leave the house looks and smells great. The carpets dry fairly quickly (totally dry by morning). Stain Away Inc. is in sharp contrast to other largely used franchise businesses, who appear to hire teenagers and other individuals to care for one of your largest investments in your home and leave the carpets sopping wet for 2 or more days.
